Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (including Johnson SL-500A) to produce high-precision components based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform complete setups from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to inspect and verify part accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
• Manage the proper storage, labeling, and distribution of parts in the stockroom.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing goals and timelines.
