Process & Controls is dedicated to helping our clients identify, assess and manage financial, operational, compliance, IT and strategic risks across their enterprise to provide value to their business. As a part of the Process & Controls team, you will work hand-in-hand with senior team members to help clients manage their risks and improve their organizational processes through designing and implementing optimized business processes, internal controls, compliance programs, and risk management functions.

As a trusted business advisor, our Process & Controls team assists our clients in assessing and responding to risks in both a consulting and assurance context. This dual perspective provides you an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of a company’s strategic priorities, business strategies, business and IT processes, operations, and corresponding risks and controls.

We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary range for this job, in the US, is $35.63- $40.19 per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter / Summer breaks, Personal / Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well being.
