Job description
  • BC / Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
  • Full-time permanent position
  • The Medical Director will be responsiblefor leading, as a dyad partner with the Mobile Practice Manager, the in-home primary care provider teams in St. Louis, MO.
  • The MedicalDirector will see patients in their homes up to 3 days a week alongside their provider colleagues.
  • Experience with managed care and / or value-based practice
  • Focuses on primary care and transitional care support for our highest-need patientsin their homes.
  • Serve as formal manager doing regular performance reviews andcheck-ins, approving paid-time-off requests, and managing miscellaneous human resourcetopics for providers in the market
  • A passion for the geriatric population, low-income patients and amotivation to be a part of a fast-growing organization
