Job description

  • They collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Business Lead, and various IT teams, including Project Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise and Solution Architecture, Development, QA, Zuora / SAP and Deployment Management

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Solution Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring alignment between IT / Eng services and business objectives.
  • As a key cross-functional representative for the project, they are responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project outcomes meet business needs.
  • Acting as an escalation point for project team members, the Solution Delivery Lead
  • plays a pivotal role in overall project communication, health, and success, ensuring smooth implementation across all IT or Eng related functions.
  • Ensure that the Technical Solution documents are compiled, completed, and approved as part of each phase by working closely with all the functional / technical leads and business stakeholders.
  • Cross functional technical person from an end-to-end delivery perspective.

    • Salary Range : $37,300-$160,000 a year#LI-CM2
