Registered Nurse Quality Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Quality Operations RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEQ National Remote Data Mining and Provider Contact Center teams

Perform quality assurance on remote data mining, provider calls, and data entry

Conduct training on HEDIS / STAR measures and assist with team coordination of system changes

Required Qualifications

Associate degree

Registered Nurse

3+ years of HEDIS experience

2+ years of experience as a team leader or subject matter expert

Experience using Microsoft Office applications
