Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 4 years.

Additional Details :

Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement.

Required Skills / Experience :

Types of Patients on Unit : Varies on each unit all critical care and IMC level of care on Pratt 8- Level 1 trauma acute patients.

Unit Details : Beds SICU- 10. MICU- 10, PG5ICU- 10, CCU- 10, NCCU-8; CSICU- 18, Pratt 8 IMC- 14

Special Requests : Cannot guarantee block scheduling each week / schedule

Shift & Scheduling :

Floating Requirements : Will float to all 6 ICUs and Pratt 8 our Cardiomyopathy IMC unit.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
