Shift timing : - 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Schedule : Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

Pay rate : $55 / hr - $60 / hr

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventative care to patients living in skilled nursing facilities. The NP will manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and serve as a key healthcare provider for elderly residents.
