Schedule Details / Additional Information :

• Hours : Full time : 40 hours per week... Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Location : Homesite Oak Creek with occasional training / support at other clinics in the area
• Position will work offer nursing support for various teams including : Phone Triage, Patient Access / Care Coordination, Patient Forms completion, and occasional clinic support.
