A thriving dentist-led group practice in Grand Rapids is seeking a confident and experienced Associate Dentist to step into a lead role at a well-established, high-volume office just outside downtown Grand Rapids. With one of the current doctors set to exit and another only practicing part-time, this is an opportunity to take the reins in a proven practice that sees 40 new patients each month and collects over $2.4 million annually.

This position is ideal for a dentist with 2 or more years of experience who’s ready to lead, mentor, and eventually grow into partnership. The team is supportive, the patient base is loyal, and the facility is outfitted for comprehensive general dentistry with advanced technology already in place.

Key Highlights :

• Guaranteed base salary of $150K with first-year earning potential of $250K to $300K+
• Up to 32% of collections with lab fees included
• Up to $10K in sign-on, relocation, & CE bonuses
