Job Title : Boiler Operator II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boiler Operator II to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain a safe working environment.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and inspecting boiler steam, condensate systems, chiller systems, booster pumps, tube stations, elevators, and other related equipment. They will also serve as dispatch for the Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and respond to work requests in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• At least three years prior boiler / chiller / mechanical work or related experience required
• Proficient communication skills required
• Ability to prioritize workload and find solutions to equipment malfunctions required
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and building repairs required
• Technical skills for repair and general maintenance of facilities in various areas required
