REPORTING TO VP | STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP | CULTURE OF SAFETY

TRG's Growth Team is partnering with a well-established organization in a stable, essential industry to find a Safety Director who is ready to make a lasting impact. This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to a VP at company headquarters , with significant room for growth and influence across the enterprise.

As Safety Director, you’ll set the vision, strategy, and execution for company-wide safety and security programs. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure compliance while driving innovation in workplace safety, security operations, risk management, and business continuity.

This is more than just a compliance role—it’s a strategic seat at the table , shaping a culture of safety, protecting people and assets, and strengthening resilience across the operation.

Desired Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a field related to safety or risk management.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) required.
• Progressive leadership experience in safety; manufacturing sector experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale safety and security programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
