Commercial Roofing Mechanic Master Roofers – Manchester, NH Pay :

• About the Role As a Roofing Mechanic with Master Roofers, you’ll play a key role in installing, inspecting, and repairing commercial (and some residential) roofing systems.
• From EPDM and TPO to Sarnafil and metal, you’ll work with a wide range of roofing technologies, using your technical skills to ensure every job is completed to the highest industry standards.

What You’ll Do Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, Sarnafil, metal, and others) Diagnose and resolve roofing issues, including leaks and structural damage Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials accurately Apply waterproofing and sealing materials to ensure long-term protection Safely remove and dispose of old roofing materials Operate power tools and hand tools, including nail guns, saws, cutters, and welders Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and use proper protective gear Work closely with project managers, foremen, and contractors to meet deadlines Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and project progress What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a roofing mechanic, with a strong portfolio of commercial projects Deep knowledge of roofing materials and systems (EPDM, TPO, Sarnafil, metal, etc.) Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a focus on safety Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Physical strength and stamina to lift materials and tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 10, Fall Protection, and Ladder Safety certifications are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred Why Join Master Roofers?
