Job descriptionSolo Stops Pay : $36.05per stop with 8stops per week Per Diem Pay : $51.50 per night Drop and Hook Pay : $15.45 per Drop / Hook Bonuses Paid via direct deposit weekly Great company benefits starting after 30 days Medical, dental and vision, prescription drug insurance Company paid life insurance Paid Personal Time Off Starts at Day 1 - 80 hours accrued in First Year 12 weeks of PAID Maternity Leave Immediate 401k rollover and contributions with company match at one year Uniform& Boot Allowance Quality Employee Discounts Ryder will buy your truck if youre looking to switch from Owner Operator to a Company Employee Driver Home Time : Home weekly Schedule : Monday Saturday Start Time : 3 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 AM Dispatch Route : All States East of Texas to Nebraska Freight : Touch Food- Restaurants & Stores Trucks are 36 months or newer Sleepers with APUs orDay Cabs Trailer Type : Reefer orFlatbed 28, 36', 53 Equipment : pallet jack 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide Must have a valid CDL A License Minimum 21 years of age Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years experience within the last 10 years Endorsements : Doubles & TWIC Preferred- Not Required to Start Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures Must live within 30 miles of Hanover, MD Transportation

Compensation :
- Average Weekly Pay : $2,100
Solo Miles Pay : 72 CPM with 2300miles per week
Unlimited driver referral bonuses
