Job descriptionPrimary focus is on rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in support of operating unit's business goals Ownership of site vibration program, including training of new technicians, analyzing & providing balance corrections for rotating equipment, and participation on the Rotating Equipment Team Oversight of equipment lubrication program. Develop vendor goals for continued improvement Engineering support for Maintenance department in performing preventive maintenance (PM) and repair activities for critical plant equipment, including fixed assets and rotating machine Provide leadership to the mechanical maintenance resources, administering the maintenance processes and budget, monitoring performance indicators, and assisting in or executing small projects Advise on proper execution and documentation of repair and preventive maintenance (PM) activities for both rotating and fixed assets Perform safety and work quality audits of hourly employees executing maintenance activities Identify and interface with preferred equipment manufacturers, specialists, and technical support consultants Develop and maintain job plans for specific repair activities Develop, maintain and update maintenance documentation (e.g. repair reports, bill of materials, upgrade recommendations) for critical plant equipment Support site Maintenance Department planners and foremen as required Provide analysis of failed equipment to determine and eliminate cause Provide assistance with equipment performance troubleshooting as required supplying technical expertise to operations

QUALIFICATIONS :
- BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required with 7+ years industrial plant maintenance and / or reliability engineering in chemical, mineral, refineries, pulp & paper, or related PSM industries
- 3+ years Vibration Analysis and Lubrication program experience
- PE-Professional Engineer technical certification is preferred
- Project management experience, is preferred
- Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future
