Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing candidate sourcing. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through strategic sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and talent communities).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
- Conduct preliminary conversations to assess alignment with role requirements, compensation expectations, and candidate interest.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the market, ensuring consistent, professional, and inclusive candidate experiences at the earliest touchpoints.
- Conduct ongoing research on labor markets, competitor hiring trends, and candidate availability to inform sourcing strategies.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects the PrincePerelson brand and establish long-term candidate relationships.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks and communication follow-ups.

- Communicates clearly and confidently in both written and verbal interactions, with the ability to tailor messaging to candidates and internal partners while maintaining professionalism, credibility, and consistency.
- Able to shift strategies and focus quickly based on changing business needs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate sourcing (in-house or agency).
- Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, job boards, and alternative sourcing methods to identify talent.
