Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing team in finding the best talent in the market. In this role, you'll work alongside a team of experts with decades of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition at PrincePerelson. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing candidate sourcing. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through strategic sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and talent communities).
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
• Conduct preliminary conversations to assess alignment with role requirements, compensation expectations, and candidate interest.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the market, ensuring consistent, professional, and inclusive candidate experiences at the earliest touchpoints.
• Conduct ongoing research on labor markets, competitor hiring trends, and candidate availability to inform sourcing strategies.
• Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects the PrincePerelson brand and establish long-term candidate relationships.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks and communication follow-ups.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, using strong organizational systems and thoughtful time management to ensure consistency, follow-through, and a positive customer experience.
• Communicates clearly and confidently in both written and verbal interactions, with the ability to tailor messaging to candidates and internal partners while maintaining professionalism, credibility, and consistency.
• Able to shift strategies and focus quickly based on changing business needs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate sourcing (in-house or agency).
• Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, job boards, and alternative sourcing methods to identify talent.
