About This Role

This internship is designed to expose you to real-world sales processes business operations and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company. Throughout this program youll rotate through various departments while supporting our sales efforts gaining a holistic view of how our business operates. This will be a very immersive experience that will challenge you to develop or sharpen your sales skills while leveraging your technical acumen.

Role Responsibilities :

Rotate support through Automated Logic Contracting Services departments (Sales Operations Engineering Service)

Work directly with our industry-leading Sales Professionals and customers.

Understand the design application and sale of systems controls parts and services for commercial industrial and institutional buildings including HVAC equipment and building management controls.

Be exposed to various facets of Carriers businesses : Service Equipment Building Automation Application Fulfillment and more.

Attend sales meetings business functions sales and service calls and customer meetings alongside experienced account managers and mentors.

Understand and participate in the steps sales engineers take from start to finish on a job.

Appreciate the importance of customer relationships as you work with them as a daily point-of-contact creating a sense of ownership and importance in the solution-making process.

Participate in a structured program that will challenge and develop your technical business sales leadership and communication skills.

This internship gives insight into a sales engineering career with Carrier and the potential opportunity to join Automated Logic

Basic Qualifications :

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Sales Engineering Operations or any Business field

Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-driven and proactive

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
