Position Details : Are you a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Physician looking to be part of something meaningful? We invite Board Certified / Board Eligible Oncologists to join our highly respected, quality-focused oncology team. A Team That Feels Like Family Join a supportive, multidisciplinary group of 5 oncology providers , including 1 physician and 3 advanced practice providers. You’ll be backed by a dedicated care team including nurses, navigators, pharmacists, a social worker, genetic counselor, and more—all working together with one shared mission : to deliver outstanding care with compassion. 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient 18–25 patients / day Call is 1 : 3 and phone-only, with minimal interruptions Inpatient care is primarily managed by APPs and hospitalists , so you can stay focused on what matters most—your patients Comprehensive Cancer Center On-site EMR system and robust support staff Weekly tumor boards and access to clinical research Office hours : 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday Patient care scheduled 8 AM–12 PM and 1 PM–5 PM New patient consults : 60 minutes; follow-ups : 15–30 minutes Collaboration with the Duke Cancer Network , offering access to innovative treatments, trials, and best-in-class expertise Accreditations from ACOS CoC, NAPBC, and ACR ROPA Our compensation package can include : Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid time off and retirement plan Comprehensive health and well-being benefits Student loan repayment assistance Early-commitment residency stipend Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage Marketing and practice growth assistance Why Choose UP Health System – Marquette?
