Lead Financial Analyst - International Operations

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Financial Analyst, where you'll play a vital role in analyzing, researching, and interpreting complex financial issues. You'll be responsible for providing analytical support for Operating Budgets, Vision ware, Meditech, Financial Statements, and Forecasts, while also leading impactful projects. Your expertise will aid management in operational areas through the development of innovative reports and analyses, enhancing understanding of existing reports, and integrating their use into strategic decision-making. As a key member of the Finance team, you'll champion initiatives to improve financial processes, ensuring reporting accuracy and fostering collaborative relationships within the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Build and nurture strong working relationships across the CHRISTUS Health organization and with peers.
• Offer guidance to regional and corporate contacts, leading the Decision Support and Finance teams with independent research.
• Drive department efficiencies through process improvements.
• Encourage and motivate team members to achieve timely and accurate reporting goals.
• Ensure data integrity across various systems (HPM, Vision ware, Meditech, Strata jazz, MORs).
• Review and verify the reasonableness of your work and that of your teammates.
• Respond to data inquiries from hospital personnel by creating ad hoc reports.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, analyses, and proformas efficiently.
• Gain a solid understanding of Costing (HPM), Vision ware, MORs, Budget, and Meditech Report Writer.
• Collaborate with regional and facility departments to clarify monthly reports and budgets.
• Research financial and accounting issues in partnership with regional management to uphold financial integrity.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards while performing job duties.
• Coordinate special projects from the Director or Regional CFO.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
