What You'll Do

Represent buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism and integrity
Leverage our exclusive 4-Day Open House system, market insights, and lead generation strategies
Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and client care
Use the myWeichert CRM and marketing platform to manage your pipeline and stay in touch
Stay current on market trends, pricing strategies, and compliance regulations

What You Bring

A valid real estate license

A proven track record of success in residential real estate (2+ years preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The drive to operate independently while embracing team collaboration

A passion for learning, growing, and delivering exceptional client experiences
