Production Supervisor – 2nd and 3rd Shift Openings

Location : Burleson, TX | Full-Time | Onsite

Compensation : $75,000–$85,000 / year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead the daily operations of our liquid food manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are achieved on your shift. You’ll work hands-on with your team, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement through coaching and problem-solving.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during your shift
• Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, OEE, and yield goals are met
• Collaborate with other shifts to ensure seamless communication and performance consistency
• Conduct shift meetings, manage scheduling, and address any performance or attendance issues
• Champion Daily Management Systems including Incident Elimination, Defect Handling, and Clean-Inspect-Lube routines
• Drive continuous improvement through gap analysis, scorecard reviews, and operational reviews
• Develop team members' skills in Operator Driven Reliability (ODR) processes
• Support initiatives around safety, food quality, and operational excellence
• Lead by example and create a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork
