Description

LTC communities in Terrell and Waxahachie. 16 hours per month each with 1 day onsite and 1 day remote - monthly sanitation

Assisted Living in Dallas and Southlake 4 hrs per quarter. Sanitation audit

Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
