What You'll Do :
Employee Relations & Recruitment :
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates
- Post job openings and review incoming resumes
- Guide new employees through benefit enrollment and onboarding processes
- Conduct background checks and maintain compliance documentation
Administrative Excellence :
Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR filesCreate and update new hire materials and onboarding documentationSchedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related appointmentsSupport special projects and research initiativesManage office supply ordering and general administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For :
