We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to our General Manager while gaining valuable experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

What You'll Do :

Employee Relations & Recruitment :

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates
  • Post job openings and review incoming resumes
  • Guide new employees through benefit enrollment and onboarding processes
  • Conduct background checks and maintain compliance documentation

Administrative Excellence :

  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR files
  • Create and update new hire materials and onboarding documentation
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related appointments
  • Support special projects and research initiatives
  • Manage office supply ordering and general administrative tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Previous HR or administrative experience
  • Intermediate Spanish language skills
