Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Include But Are Not Limited To The Following :

• Know the Mission of Kuppa Joy
• Excited about work and efficiency
• Know warehouse procedures
• Load and offload incoming and outgoing trucks
• Cultivate and maintain an excellent experience
• Know your Employee Handbook
• Maintain positivity and enthusiasm at all times
• Plan on a typical working day being 8 hours, with a set schedule, including Saturdays (plus Holidays)
• Interact with Kuppa Joy employees and customers in a professional and positive manner
• Ensure all product is stocked in FIFO order
• Problem solve on the fly
• Accurately pull, fill, and organize orders for delivery
