Senior Technical Product Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Tech Product Analyst to join their Fraud Services team in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Technology Product Owners to manage product boards and maintain prioritized backlogs

Translate business needs into clear and actionable epics, features, and user stories

Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in technical product analysis, systems analysis, or similar roles

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and board management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
