Job Description
Join a innovative mental health practice offering flexible, full-time and part-time outpatient services in Eastern Oregon with a focus on work-life balance.
- Work 30 hours / week with benefits, choosing your schedule—many opt for four consecutive days off.
- Only 24 of those hours require scheduled direct service, reducing productivity pressure and cancellations.
- Provide personalized individual, family, and group therapy, along with case management and crisis services.
- Earn between $60,000 and $180,000 annually, based on your preferred compensation structure and hours worked, with options for commission or hourly pay.
- Enjoy comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and paid sick leave.
- Work within a supportive environment with billing, scheduling, and electronic record management handled for you.
- Must be licensed in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
This role offers a balanced approach to mental health work, emphasizing clinician autonomy, reduced administrative burdens, and meaningful community impact.
