Job Title

Settlement Planning & Structured Settlement Case Processor / Manager (West Linn, OR)

Location

West Linn, OR – full-time on-site with optional remote work after competency is demonstrated.

Key Responsibilities

• Open new case files, gather information, and track file progress.
• Prepare / send introduction letters to claimants and attorneys on new or potential cases.
• Generate settlement annuity quotes using life insurance company quoting software.
• Prepare and review legal documents (settlement agreements, qualified assignment agreements, releases, addendums, petitions, exhibits, etc.).
• Submit documentation to life insurance companies, and manage case closure procedures by scanning and sending annuity contracts with cover letters.
• Enter and update case data in our CRM (Wealthbox) and maintain a task follow-up system.
• Handle customer service matters for new and existing clients (annuity policy information, change of address, direct deposits, etc.).
• Assist company founder / owner with office and calendar organization.
• Assist with clerical tasks for The Plaintiff's MSA & Lien Solution as needed.

Advancement

Demonstrated efficiency in the above areas will lead to the opportunity to become an Executive Assistant Case Manager and earn merit-based annual bonuses.

Compensation

Competitive total annual compensation ranging between $75,000 and $100,000, DOE. Package includes paid vacation, paid federal holidays, and paid end-of-year days off (if workload allows). Possibility to earn merit-based bonuses.

Office Environment

High-end professional building (first of four floors) with AC / heat, safe, and sufficient free parking. Small office environment – one owner and one employee. In-office kitchen and walking trails above the office.

Hours

Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 am–5 :  pm (two 15-minute paid breaks, 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Future possibility of working one static day per week remotely, then more days per week as time allows.
