A / R A / P Specialist
A.S. Contrera, LLC / Mr. Furnace is a trusted leader in the HVAC industry, providing quality service and dependable solutions to our customers. We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated A / R A / P Specialist with HVAC or construction industry experience to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and process all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and post customer invoices, payments, and credits
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Assist with payroll processing and job cost tracking (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Support the accounting and operations team with general administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal staff
