Matchmaker – Remote Location :

    • The ideal candidate has :

  • Prior Matchmaking Experience preferred 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or consultative sales Previous experience managing high client and / or account volume Minimum of two years working in a remote role Must have a quiet distraction-free work space A 4-year degree (preferred areas : psychology, business, communications, or related field) - equivalent experience will be considered Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus) The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Your Role & Responsibilities As an Executive Matchmaker, you will manage all aspects of the client experience, ensuring they receive top-tier service throughout their matchmaking journey.

    • Your responsibilities include :

  • Managing client relationships : Regularly communicate with clients, understand their preferences, and provide tailored matchmaking services Selecting and presenting high-quality matches that align with client expectations Coordinating dates and maintaining ongoing client engagement Balancing daily calls and emails to ensure superior client support Providing coaching and guidance to clients in their dating journey Work Environment & Office Location This is a remote role Travel may be required depending on employee’s location Remote opportunities are available in regions served by IJL Corporate.
