AP Specialist

Are you looking to build your accounting career with a growing Multifamily General Contractor? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are valued? We're partnering with a Houston-based General Contractor to find an AP Specialist who will play a key role in their financial operations.

Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable, including invoice verification, coding, and vendor payments.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
• Support the Controller with month-end close, financial reporting, and administrative duties.
• Maintain organized accounting files and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize Sage Peachtree (preferred) or other accounting software to manage transactions.
