Your Role With Us :
The Manager, Human Resources Business Partners leads a team of HR Business Partners in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the human resources function effectively supports the overall goals of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, developing HR initiatives that drive performance and growth, and providing consultation on HR matters to senior leadership. The HRBP Manager fosters a collaborative environment, enhancing employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development. By leveraging data-driven insights and maintaining a deep understanding of the business, the HRBP Manager ensures that the HR team contributes to a high-performing, agile, and resilient organization. The HRBP Manager is also responsible for leading the organization's HRBPs to meet the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and drive continuous improvement in the business on strategic HR related matters including leader selection, leader coaching, leadership development, organizational design and structure, recognition and retention, employee engagement, change management, compensation and pay practices, and talent management
- Understand business strategy and identify opportunities for HRBPs to increase alignment with the strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Serve as an internal coach and trusted advisor for assigned executives and leadership teams on strategic workforce matters.
- Support leaders as they deploy people strategy processes, practices, and / or policies within their business.
- Partner with HR leadership and functional teams to inform the design of HR strategy and solutions to meet the needs of organizational mission and strategic priorities.
- Use data (internal & external) and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and implement action plans focused on workforce solutions, employee experience, and organizational health.
- Partner with business leadership to apply succession planning and leadership development practices.
- Make high-judgement decisions that align with organizational priorities while minimizing risk related to regulatory and legal compliance.
- Ensure a deep focus on continuous improvement when it comes to workforce solutions and strategy.
- Identifies and secures resources to support initiatives that support organizational or division strategies while managing costs in a fiscally responsible manner. Works closely with senior leadership and vendors to identify opportunities for cost containment, while balancing the need to ensure market competitiveness.
- Serves as HR project leader for various work and / or projects such as development of new HR related initiatives aimed at embedding a culture of continuous improvement within Human Resources.
- Perform leadership functions for all levels of HRBP staff (Leadership, timecard approvals, scheduling, etc.).

Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible HR, business, or consulting experience with demonstrated analytic, and strategy deployment experience required.Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Required. Strong preference for advance Excel proficiency.Knowledge of HR functional areas such as organizational development, engagement, leadership development, talent acquisition, employee relations, or total rewards.Ability to develop and customize comprehensive people strategy for a division or system.Ability to gather, analyze, and present complex data in an actionable way for multiple levels to apply.Demonstrate tact and diplomacy skills to rapidly build relationship with a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels of an organization.Ability to effectively communicate simple and complex ideas verbally and in written form.Demonstrate leadership and strategic capability.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
