Job descriptionPrep and cook for per the daily menu and customer food orders Clean prep and cooking area per Health Dept. Regulations Assist in stocking condiments for cooking & inventory counts Assist in daily deliveries of prep food and / or condiments Maintain and filter grease fryers Pull cases of food from freezer for next day cooking General floor sweeping and mopping Remove / replace grease or oil from drip pans as needed daily Clean deli case to meet Health Dept. Regulations Bag and code food for purchase

Job Summary : Assists customers with their deli food purchases, cooking / serving food for deli items to be purchased, and bagging / coding those items if necessary.
- Morning Shift : 6pm-2pm Rate : $11-$12
- Evening Shift : 2pm-10pm Rate : $11-$12
- Overnight Shift : 10pm-6am Rate : $12-$13
