Job Overview

The User Experience Designer designs innovative and engaging digital products that delight customers and drive business results. Responsible for core design deliverables including wireframes and mockups, they take direction from senior designers and leadership to create simple design deliverables that meet business and technology needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produces sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and style guides with oversight from senior and principal UX designers.
  • Contributes to the creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and patterns.
  • Works across functional teams to understand business and product requirements, technical possibilities and constraints. Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, create and execute with success while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teams up with User Researchers and other Designers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and solve cross-application design challenges.
  • Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. (Required)

    Base Pay Range : $76,000 - $137,200

    Corporate Bonus Target : 10%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
