Director of Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to lead initiatives that improve outcomes for providers and patients in value-based care.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the operational strategy and roadmap for programs that enhance care delivery and reduce costs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities that impact total cost of care

Lead efforts to mitigate fraud, waste, and abuse while managing vendor partnerships to support operational objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related) preferred

8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, or health plan management

5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and high-impact initiatives

Deep understanding of total cost of care, utilization management, and value-based care models

Experience with Medicare and / or Medicaid programs, including CMS regulations and CMMI models
