Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 23, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Shift : 6 : 45 AM – 7 : 15 PM (12-hour day shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1990-$2130

Dress Code : Scrubs provided

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (Registered Nurse)

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience

High-risk Labor & Delivery experience required

Immediate newborn care and clinical support skills

Certifications : NRP, BLS / ALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring

Strong communication, adaptable, and friendly personality

Experience with Cerner EMR and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring preferred

Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver expert patient care for mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum

Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst procedures

Monitor fetal and maternal health using advanced clinical equipment

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team : charge nurses, PCTs, CSTs, and fellow RNs

Float to related units as needed (MFMU, MOMB, NICU)

Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner and FetaLink EMR systems

Uphold standards for clinical excellence and patient safety
