We have exciting news! Nicolet Staffing is hiring for Machine Operators and CNC machinists for our client located in Rhinelander!

Starting Wage and Shift Premiums :

• Trainee Starting Wage : $19.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Training would initially take place on the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks before moving to an off shift.
• Shift Hours :
• 2nd Shift : 3 : 00 p.m. – 11 : 00 p.m.
• 3rd Shift : 11 : 00 p.m. – 7 : 00 a.m.
• Experienced CNC Operators : Wages are competitive and based on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate various CNC machines

Load and unload equipment and materials

Perform quality checks using a variety of gauges

Qualifications :

Mechanical aptitude

Familiarity with plant tools and equipment (preferred)

Ability to manage physical tasks

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Dependable and punctual

High school diploma or GED
