Position Overview : Provides cross-functional support to the IWS back-office sales and field team

We are seeking a candidate who is well-versed in a wide range of administrative tasks, fast learner, versatile, self-motivated, detail oriented, friendly, thoughtful with a “no task is too big or small” type of mentality. Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel (a plus if you have experience with formulas and v-lookup). Any interest / knowledge about wine will be valued, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions :

Sales & Operations Support

• Manage Sevenfifty and Bevmedia site, including monthly upload files and process
• Manage Monthly Pricebook
• Manage Inventory with EVP adhering to DOH guidelines
• Work with EVP on pricing & allocations, managing relationships with suppliers
• Provide interdepartmental communication for various groups or departments (e.g., Portfolio, Marketing, Pricing, and Education & Events)
