Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellville AR seeking a full-time Clinical Manager RN to join our esteemed team. As a Clinical Manager with Care IV you will enjoy a professional and supportive environment that fosters flexibility work-life balance and meaningful patient relationships. O ur Clinical Manager will oversee a team of field clinicians. Our Clinical Manager divides their time between working in the office (mainly) and supervisory visits in the field.

Requirements :

• We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
• Solid experience with Home Health nursing and OASIS required
• Excellent clinical nursing skills
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
• A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
