• On-call coverage with 20 minute response time 1 : 1 call ratio
• 25 patient encounters expected per shift
• Inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• Average 2 patients seen with 1 admission per shift
• 3 - 5 phone consults on average
• Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
