Travel Occupational Therapist – Crane / Odessa, TX

Connected Health Care | 13-Week Contract | $2,600 / week

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join one of our partner Critical Access Hospitals near Crane, Texas (Odessa area). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings , helping patients regain independence while exploring West Texas.

Position Highlights :

Contract : 13 weeks

Schedule : Day shift | 40 hours per week (5x8s or 4x10s)

Setting : Critical Access Hospital – Outpatient & Inpatient

Compensation : Up to $2,600 / week

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages.

Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and quality of life.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home exercises.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress notes.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).

Current Texas Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility).

NBCOT Certification required.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new travelers encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
