New Jersey Licensed Healthcare Provider

A company is looking for a Per Diem Healthcare Provider to support First Responder Peer Services programs.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in handling service requests effectively and in a consumer-friendly manner

Maintain knowledge of eligibility and admission criteria for relevant programs

Perform clinical assessments and schedule appointments as necessary

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with one year of experience in the human services field

At least three years of experience as a firefighter, Corrections Officer, EMS professional, or retired law enforcement officer

Active New Jersey certification / licensure in Social Work (if applicable)

Valid driver's license

Equivalent education or experience may substitute for the degree requirement
