9 : 00am - 2 : 00pm

Position Summary

The Skills and Activities Provider will offer individualized purposeful and meaningful programming that allows persons receiving services an opportunity to continue learning to reach their full potential academically, vocationally, mentally, socially, and emotionally. It is the responsibility of the Skills and Activities Provider to help enrich, teach, and grow the individuals in their care. The Skills and Activity Provider may be a point of contact for families and caregivers of persons receiving services and needs to set a standard of goodwill and service with those they meet. The Skills and Activities Provider is a representative of Our House Inc. and is expected to professionally represent the organization's mission and purpose.

Requirements
Must take drug screen and pass.
Must be willing to take and pass background checks.
Must be in good physical, mental and emotional health.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs; if required.
Must have valid driver's license a good driving record.
Must have a vehicle in good working order with insurance and registration.
Must facilitate or provide transportation to meet the needs of PRS to and from day program
Must have current CPR and first-aid certification.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
Qualifications
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a team.
Experience working with or advocating for individuals with disabilities preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree within the human service field is desired; or equivalent experience.
Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
