Key Responsibilities
Help customers set up and configure the product to meet their business needs
Guide customers to ensure they understand how to use the product effectively, boosting adoption

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in SaaS customer implementation or customer service interface
Basic understanding of project management and time management
Solid understanding of CRM tools and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office365, Excel, and Word
