Randall's Electrical Division is currently seeking a top-tier Commercial Electrical Project Foreman to work on large scale projects throughout Orlando & Central Florida . Position Summary

As an Electrical Project Foreman for Randall your primary responsibility will be overseeing and coordinating all job site functions. You will work with the Operations Team to establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project. The Foreman will be required to organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment. The Foreman will also be required to keep the projects on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, industry standards and Randall Safety protocols.

Essential Functions

• Oversee, manage and administrate electrical construction projects to ensure deadlines and budget constraints are met.
• Supervise and support a team of electricians, ensuring they deliver high-quality work.
• Manage project budgets, labor, and materials efficiently.
• Review plans and specs to guarantee proper installations.
• Implement Quality Control to maintain our reputation for excellence and minimize rework.
• Coordinate seamlessly with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with your expert knowledge.
• Create punchlist, look-aheads and work with Procore, PlanGrid & Bluebeam.
• Communicate effectively with Operations, project managers, coordinators, and team members to achieve project milestones.
• Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools / items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
