Sous Chef :
As our Sous Chef, you assist in managing our professional kitchen. Team up with our Chefs to create outstanding food for breakfast, lunch and / or dinner for our member dining restaurants and outlets. You will focus on using local and sustainable ingredients obtained from our vendors as well as our onsite gardens. Your responsibilities also include writing and managing daily production lists and the execution of these lists. Involved in all aspects of food from sauces, soups, meat fabrication, and knife work. Assist with purchasing and receiving products daily, working with vendors and using their purchasing systems. Lead the cooks during meal periods running the pass, plating and cooking to ensure consistently great food for our members and guests.
Primary Responsibilities :
Assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of the Restaurant and outlets.
Responsible for management and execution.

Competitive Wage : $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 & PTO, Approved Dues, Certifications & Education Paid, Uniform (shirt) provided & cleaned
