Internship Overview:

The BIGO LIVE Agency Management team is seeking a self-starting Account Management Intern who enjoys working with external and internal constituents, live streaming celebrities and talents, and has a track record of solving problems. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with live broadcaster agencies across our North America market with the goal of educating, nurturing and growing our portfolio of broadcaster agency partnerships. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys community-building, problem-solving, and relationship management, and is excited about working with creators, live streamers, and agency leaders.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Management Intern, you will be involved in the following tasks :

  • Assisting in managing and supporting top-performing agencies and helping identify and grow new high-potential agencies, proving impact through achieving KPIs such as an increase in agency number and revenue, growth of active broadcasters per agency, etc
  • Manage broadcaster agencies at scale; monitor the partner's performance through tools and timely communication with direct supervisor, and deliver on initiatives with external partners while managing timelines, assets, and deliverables in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience : reactively troubleshoot any practical problem occurring to the agencies and proactively anticipate any challenge
  • Assisting in organizing programs, gathering feedback, supporting events, managing branded merchandise, and contributing to weekly data tracking and performance analysis — all while learning how to drive real business impact on one of the world’s leading livestreaming platforms.

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Excellent in negotiations, account, or vendor management. Team management experience is a plus.
  • Problem solver capable of navigating ambiguity and proactively providing effective solutions to customer needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Sound analytical skills in Google sheet(excel).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
