Technical Advisor to Marketing Operations

This position sits on site 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the Marketing and Brand functions, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and financial objectives.
• Oversee strategic planning, budget management, and vendor / agency partnerships with a focus on operational efficiency and measurable results.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and shared business goals.
• Serve as a key steward of the company's brand portfolio, ensuring consistency in positioning, messaging, and customer experience across all channels and vendors.
• Drive disciplined financial management by setting budgets, monitoring spend, and ensuring ROI across all programs.
• Lead organizational change efforts by fostering innovation, accountability, and adaptability within the team and across departments.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team that emphasizes coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
• Support executive leadership in long-term planning, risk management, and business growth opportunities.
• Represent the company externally with key vendors, industry partners, and at major events, serving as both a brand ambassador and business leader.
