Water Resources Leader

We are currently seeking a Water Resources Leader to join the RS&H Infrastructure team in San Antonio, Texas, Austin, TX, or Dallas, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Water Resources engineers that support the successful delivery of high-profile transportation and infrastructure projects in Central Texas.

Essential Functions :

• Provides leadership and oversight to a team of professionals with a shared focus on ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Leads the development of a water resources discipline team by recruiting new talent and capabilities to the firm.
• Creates an engaging and empowering work environment for the team, including communicating clear expectations and providing effective performance feedback through regular meetings, recognition, rewards, coaching, and mentoring.
• Oversees and leads the delivery of multiple, high-profile projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio. Provides subject matter expertise throughout the project.
• Drives operation excellence, including profitability, operational efficiency, resource management, and quality deliverables.
• Leads client relationship development activities while working closely with client managers and business development teams to drive top line sales growth.
• Leads the development and execution of win strategies for high-profile core business and critical pursuits while working in collaboration with the business development and marketing team.
