About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Client and Child Care, Critical Care, or Pediatrics. Current Adult Care home health experience.

License : Client RN License.

Certifications : AHA BLS.

Must-Have :

• Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.

Description :

This role is focused on providing true home care.

Nurses must travel to patients within the designated borough to deliver care.

Patient cases can range from 5 to 8 cases daily.

Flexibility with work days is available.

Consistent days of work are required, with alternating weekends.

This position does not include overnight coverage.

Candidates will need to outline their preferred working days.

It is important to clearly state availability in the application.
