Responsibilities :

Provides palliative and health care services to patients in collaboration with the palliative care physician service and the rest of the palliative care team.

Qualifications : Education

Graduate of approved nursing program required

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience

One year experience in the field of Palliative Care, geriatric or end of life care or a related nursing specialty required. Licenses and Certifications

RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required

BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC), to be completed within one year of hire.
