As a trusted talent partner for department leads, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent while preserving our strong, unique, and inclusive culture. We are looking for a skilled, experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team, with the primary focus on filling technical positions.

This is a hybrid position that requires working four days a week (Monday through Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You Will

• Own and drive full-cycle technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Data from kickoff to close ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and moves Envoy's mission forward.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers using market insights, compensation data, and competitive intelligence to influence hiring decisions and shape long-term team strategy.
• Fuel hiring momentum by proactively building diverse, high-quality pipelines across critical technical skill areas and future growth roles.
• Create clarity and consistency by partnering with the recruiting team to refine processes, elevate tools and systems, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
• Use data to drive decisions track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on hiring priorities and ensure strategic execution against business goals.
